Feeling stuck in transition?

Holding it together on the outside while inside you're carrying grief, shame, or a growing sense of disconnection?

Maybe you’ve recently moved, stepped into a new identity, or feel like you’re constantly navigating spaces where you don’t quite belong. It can be exhausting to live between cultures, roles, or expectations, and even harder to ask for help when you're used to being the one who adapts.

Meet Caitlin.

Caitlin works with young adults, LGBTQ+ folks, immigrants, creatives, and sensitive souls trying to make sense of who they are and where they fit. She knows how heavy it can feel to carry unspoken emotions or feel alone in your experience, and she’s here to offer a grounded, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.

Caitlin brings a trauma-informed, relational, and emotion-focused lens to her work, drawing from CBT and psychodynamic theory to help you explore patterns, process pain, and connect with your inner resilience. Her goal is to walk alongside you—not to fix you, but to help you reconnect with what’s already within.

As a practicum therapist under clinical supervision, Caitlin brings deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a calm presence to every session. She believes therapy should feel collaborative, honest, and hopeful, even when the work is hard.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s find your way forward, together.

Self-Disclosure

I’m a cisgender woman in my early 30s, born in Canada to Indian parents.

I live with a chronic illness and have experienced grief, loss, and trauma in various forms. I’m also in the process of untangling religious trauma and exploring what faith and identity mean to me on my own terms. These parts of my story have taught me how complex healing can be and how much it matters to feel seen.

I’m a sensitive, introspective person who finds grounding in creativity, nature, and stillness. My own journey continues to shape how I relate to others with gentleness, curiosity, and care.

Caitlin the Person

What's 1 thing that can instantly make your day better?

A vanilla latte and a moment in nature. Whether it's a walk, some sunshine, or just a breath of fresh air, my day is turned around. Oh...and maybe french fries or a snack!

What has been your favourite age growing up and why?

My 30s have been my favourite (yet challenging) so far. They’ve come with a deeper sense of self, clarity, and emotional grounding that I didn’t have in earlier years. I’ve spent a lot of time growing, unlearning, and figuring out who I am, what I value, what I need, and what I want to let go of. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s felt meaningful. There’s something really powerful about settling into yourself in a more honest and compassionate way.

What's next on your bucket list? What would you like to try, do, taste, experience, see?

I’m not entirely sure right now. I think I’m in a season of slowing down and being more present, rather than chasing the next big thing. That said, I’d love to travel somewhere quiet and beautiful, try something creative just for fun, or have more moments that feel expansive and grounding, even if I don’t know what they are yet.

Whether through words or creativity, I’ll meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you as you move toward clarity, connection, and self-trust.
