She welcomes those navigating stress, transitions, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or the quiet sense that something inside needs attention. Her approach is warm, curious, and rooted in the belief that every person already holds the wisdom they need—they may just need a safe place to uncover it.

Drawing from a holistic, person-centred perspective, Elizabeth sees emotional, psychological, and physical well-being as deeply interconnected. She integrates CBT, mindfulness, and relational approaches to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion, and reconnect with their own inner resources. Her aim isn’t to push you toward change, but to walk beside you as you explore what healing and growth could look like.

Elizabeth brings gentleness, presence, and deep respect for each person’s values, strengths, and lived experience. She believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounding—a space where you are fully seen and never judged.
