Feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or life transitions and unsure how to navigate it all?
Struggling to find balance in your relationships, parenting, or personal growth?
Looking for an affordable, supportive space where you can be heard, validated, and empowered?
Meet Zach.
Zach knows that resilience, balance, and clarity are all within your reach.
Therapy isn’t just about working through heavy emotions or negative experiences—it’s also about finding hope, building trust, and creating space for growth. Real healing happens in relationships, and Zach believes that your work together should feel supportive, affirming, and even empowering. He takes a person-centered approach where you are the focus—your story, your strengths, and your goals. His priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and validated as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it can also be a place where you reconnect with joy, resilience, and possibility.
As an intern psychotherapist under clinical supervision, Zach brings fresh energy, curiosity, and affordability to the process. With a background in teaching and a Master of Education degree, he’s especially passionate about working with parents, people navigating life transitions and families through all stages of their learning and life journeys. He supports youth (16+) and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, and relationships of all kinds.
From a trauma-informed lens, Zach draws from approaches like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Existentialism, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). But ultimately, you’ll find what works best for you—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and you don’t have to do this alone.
