Do you ever feel like you’ve tried everything to heal, but nothing seems to work—and you’re starting to lose hope?

Are you tired of feeling alone in your struggle, wishing someone could gently help you find your way back to yourself?

Meet attia.

I welcome the most vulnerable, beat down version of you to sit and have a cup of tea with me, as we travel together on this journey of healing. No matter how many things have not worked, how many times you have 'failed', I welcome you to try again, and again. Ours is not a caravan of despair. I am a believer in having strong people in your corner, who can hold up a mirror for you gently so you can work towards your goals. My wish is to help you connect to your dreams and my approach is a partnership.

I've been told I have a warm demeanour and people feel at ease with me. If you feel at the end of your rope, please reach out.

I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework, while employing different philosophies to ensure a diverse understanding of our humanity. I integrate Eastern & Western models, and view spirituality as a core part of our identity. My work is also heavily rooted in neuro-psychology, nervous system & relationship/attachment sciences.

attia the Person

Why do you not capitalize your first and last name?

For me, it’s a small act of decentering the ego. In many non-Western and non-European traditions, names and identities aren’t meant to elevate the self above others—they’re simply part of our shared human experience. Using lowercase letters reminds me that I’m not separate from the whole, and that humility, connection, and community come before individual importance.

So many....

"Live your life as if it's rigged in your favour" (Rumi)

&

"No one can be lonely if they have God & books" (Elizabeth Browning)

Do you live by any words of wisdom, or a motto?

What's next on your bucket list? What would you like to try, do, taste, experience, see

I have a love for travel, history and adrenaline....so anything in that category :)
